The initial assessment is free. The on-site inspection costs €150 up to 100 km and €250 up to 200 km from Trzcianka. For longer distances we quote the price on request.
02How quickly will I hear back?
You receive the initial assessment within 24 hours on working days. We usually arrange the on-site appointment within 2–4 working days, depending on the seller.
03What do I receive after the inspection?
Photos, a video and a written report with a clear recommendation: buy, renegotiate or walk away. If you wish, we go through the result with you by WhatsApp or phone.
04Do I buy the car myself?
Yes, directly from the seller. On request we handle the price negotiation, contract review and transport.
05How does the car get to Germany or the Netherlands?
By transporter or on its own wheels with Polish export plates. We explain the options and arrange transport on request.
06Are there customs duties or taxes?
There is no customs duty when buying a car within the EU. If a car counts as new for VAT purposes (at most 6 months old or at most 6,000 km), VAT is due in the destination country. In the Netherlands, BPM applies. Please check the details with your tax adviser or registration authority.
07Do you produce expert appraisals?
We carry out pre-purchase inspections. We do not produce damage or valuation reports for insurers or courts.
